How payment works here

We're fee-for-service — your treatment plan is never dictated by an insurance company.

Some practices build treatment plans around what a particular insurance company will approve. We don't. As a fee-for-service practice, the plan Dr. Wongk recommends is based entirely on what's clinically right for you — not on a coverage chart. You pay for treatment directly, and if you have dental insurance, we give you everything you need to file for reimbursement yourself.

Why fee-for-service

Your treatment options stay between you and Dr. Wongk.

Insurance companies that dictate care do it by limiting which procedures, materials, or providers they'll pay for — regardless of what's actually best for your mouth. Being fee-for-service means that pressure never enters the room.

No insurance-approved treatment lists

We recommend the implant, material, or approach that's right for your case — not the cheapest option an insurer happens to prefer.

You get full documentation

After treatment, you'll receive a complete, itemized statement with procedure codes — everything your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim.

You submit, you get reimbursed

Most PPO and indemnity plans offer out-of-network reimbursement. You file the claim with the paperwork we provide, and your insurer pays you directly.

What this looks like in practice

Simple, in three steps.

1

You pay for treatment at the time of service

Payment is due when treatment is completed, the same as most fee-for-service practices.

2

We give you everything your insurer needs

A detailed statement with diagnosis and procedure codes, ready to attach to a claim form.

3

You file for reimbursement

Submit it to your insurance company directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, this is usually straightforward.

Any insurance plan

Because we're not contracted with specific carriers, it doesn't matter which insurance company you have — the reimbursement process works the same way regardless.

Financing options

Third-party financing is available for larger treatment plans like implants and All‑on‑X, with monthly payment options. Ask about current offers.

No insurance?

Our in-house membership plan gives patients preventive care and treatment discounts for one flat annual fee.

Reimbursement amounts depend entirely on your individual insurance plan's out-of-network benefits. We're glad to answer questions about the documentation we provide, but can't guarantee what any specific insurer will reimburse — that's a conversation between you and your carrier.
