It's been 24 hours since my All-on-4 implant procedure, and I'm feeling amazing! I absolutely love my new teeth. Dr. Wongk was absolutely wonderful, and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and cared for from start to finish. I had little to no pain afterward, and even during the surgery my pain level was maybe a 3 at most. When I saw my results, I cried like a baby because I was so happy. I definitely recommend this place — they truly make you feel at home. Dr. Wongk even called me personally today to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Wongk was excellent. He told us what he was going to do in our initial consultation thoroughly. He explained it to my wife and I. She was asking way more questions than I was. He gave us the time frame of the surgery and healing expectations prior to the operation. Making the decision to have him perform this operation was a great choice. I had an easy time with having my entire upper arch of teeth plus two lower teeth removed by Dr. Wongk, which was such a pleasant surprise. I had the procedure only 24 hours ago, and I am feeling so normal and pain free. The professionalism, service, compassion, and care were outstanding. I've been struggling with finding an office to complete my implants for a few years now. After receiving work from offices for the implants and then getting denied once it was time for the implants has been the most frustrating experience. I've had multiple teeth pulled and completed Invisalign and when things were done were receiving I could not get a clear explanation on why all of a sudden I needed MORE work on top of treatment plans. Initially with the X-Rays Dr. Titus Wongk was not only able to tell me the positives but even possible reasons of denial from other offices. He made me feel so comfortable and secure with moving forward with him. On the day of the actual procedure everything was in and out! I was nervous due to this being the most extensive surgery I've had on my mouth but I did not feel a thing. I was waiting on the pinch for the numbing fluid but didn't even feel that. In fact everything went so smoothly I was double checking to make sure that the numb was going to happen 😅. He truly made it a comfortable atmosphere for what seemed like a scary moment. It is now the next day and I have zero discomfort in my mouth. I had no need to take pain medicine either. I'm so happy that I have came across this office and can't wait for the next steps!
