All‑on‑X full arch
A full, fixed arch of teeth on four to six implants.
For patients missing most or all of their teeth in an arch, All‑on‑X replaces the entire row with a fixed, permanent bridge anchored to a handful of strategically placed implants — often with a temporary set delivered the same day.

Multiple missing teeth in a row
Replace several teeth without touching the ones next to them.
A traditional bridge relies on the healthy teeth on either side of a gap, which have to be shaved down to anchor it. An implant-supported bridge skips that step: two implant posts anchor the replacement teeth directly into the jawbone, so the teeth next to the gap stay exactly as they are.

For patients tired of loose dentures
The stability of implants, the simplicity of a removable denture.
If you've dealt with dentures that slip, rub, or need adhesive to stay put, an implant-retained denture may be a better fit. Dr. Wongk places a small number of implants in the jaw himself, and your denture clips securely onto them — held firmly in place during the day, still removable at night for cleaning.

When more bone is needed, that's still handled right here.
Some patients are told elsewhere that they aren't candidates for implants because of bone loss. At Gwinnett Dental Studio, Dr. Wongk performs bone grafting and sinus lift surgery personally, as part of your same coordinated implant plan — no separate referral, no second office.
Bone Grafting
After a tooth is lost, the jawbone around it can shrink over time — especially if the gap has been there for years. Dr. Wongk rebuilds that volume with a bone graft so an implant has a solid foundation to anchor into, whether that means filling a socket right after an extraction or grafting a longer-standing gap.
Sinus Lift
For implants in the upper back teeth, the sinus can sit closer to the jawbone than you'd expect, leaving too little height to work with. Dr. Wongk performs sinus lift surgery to gently add bone beneath the sinus and create the room an implant needs — a common, well-understood step for upper arch cases, not a sign that something has gone wrong.

Both. Single-tooth implants are one of our most common procedures. All‑on‑X is for patients missing most or all of the teeth in an arch — we'll tell you plainly which category you're in during the consult.
An implant replaces one tooth's root; it doesn't protect the natural teeth around it. If a neighboring tooth has a cavity or a cracked filling, we'll usually treat it in the same overall plan. See our Dental Services page for more.
Many patients leave placement day with a fixed temporary arch already in place. The final, permanent bridge typically follows after several months of healing, once the implants have fully integrated with the bone.
That's more common than people expect, and it's usually a starting point rather than a dead end. Bone grafting or a sinus lift can often rebuild what's needed — we'll know for sure once we've looked at your imaging at a consult.
Sometimes, yes — this is called immediate implant placement, and it can mean fewer overall appointments. Whether it's right for you depends on the health of the socket and surrounding bone, which we evaluate at your consult.
The titanium post is designed to last a lifetime with normal care. The crown on top typically lasts 10–15 years before it may need replacing due to everyday wear — considerably longer than a traditional bridge, which often needs to be redone every 5–10 years.
